On June 26, the Zhaoqing City Manufacturing Digitalization “Chain Transformation” Exchange was held in Zhaoqing High-Tech Zone, attended by Liu Jingbo, Member of the Municipal Party Committee and Vice Mayor. City leaders, government department heads, and representatives from various local governments and industrial departments participated.
During the event, attendees visited digital transformation enterprises, with JSJ showcased as a model. JSJ presented its intelligent production line, designed to meet standards of informatization, intelligence, digitalization, and green development. Powered by a DCS distributed control system, the line integrates high-precision instruments for data collection and high-performance equipment to form a digital production ecosystem.
Equipped with distributed photovoltaics and online monitoring for waste emissions, the line achieves zero solid waste and efficient heat recovery, exemplifying the fusion of digitalization and green practices. This served as a benchmark for Zhaoqing’s manufacturing upgrades.

In June, JSJ launched three core training programs to build a comprehensive capability enhancement system.
Following the summer hiring season, JSJ initiated its 6th factory training, immersing new employees in operational workflows. A three-month product training concluded, innovatively combining product knowledge with customer solution co-creation, fostering collaboration between marketing and R&D teams.
In project management, JSJ launched a 48-hour “Grand Battle” challenge, where teams completed eight cross-departmental projects, from analysis to implementation, testing execution and sparking innovation.
